If you run a clinic and you are searching for an AiSensy alternative, you are probably asking one of three things: is there something cheaper, is there something with a proper patient pipeline, or is there something that answers by itself. This page lines up AiSensy, Interakt, Gallabox, DoubleTick and bananaleaf.ai on facts we could check. bananaleaf.ai wrote this comparison, so read it with that in mind. Every competitor cell cites that vendor's own pricing page, which we opened on 29 October 2026.
Why do clinics look for an AiSensy alternative?
Most clinics start with a WhatsApp tool to send reminders and answer fee and timing questions. The needs usually grow: several staff on one number, a record of who asked about which treatment, and a bot that does not need a person at 10 p.m.
AiSensy's pricing page lists a drag-and-drop chatbot builder, a separate WhatsApp AI Agent Builder, and unlimited monthly active users within fair-use limits.1 It does not describe a built-in CRM and lists a LeadSquared integration instead.1 That is not a flaw, since many clinics do fine with a bot and broadcasts. It is the reason some owners look at tools with a pipeline built in.

"Not listed" means the vendor's pricing page does not mention the feature when we read it. It does not mean the product lacks it, so ask each vendor directly.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost on top?
Meta sets the base price of every WhatsApp Business Platform message, and the vendors above bill it separately from the subscription.13 Meta's pricing page says each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month from 1 October 2026, and Meta starts charging from the 1,001st.5 Utility messages sent inside an open 24-hour window are also charged as of that date, while utility messages in a free entry-point window stay free.5
That free window is where vendor pages differ. AiSensy's page still describes a 72-hour free entry-point window.1 Meta's page says the window lasts up to 7 days after a business replies to someone who messaged from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad.5 Follow Meta's page, and ask your vendor which window its billing uses.
None of the four pages states a markup over Meta's rates for standard plans. Interakt lists no template markups only on Enterprise, and Gallabox shows a "discounted markup" line on Enterprise, without percentages.23 For reference, the July 2026 Meta card used on this site (card date 1 July 2026) lists ₹0.1150 for a utility message and ₹0.8631 for a marketing message in India. Meta changed some rates on 1 October 2026, so use these as a guide only.5
A worked example: a dental clinic with 6 staff and 600 enquiries a month
Say the clinic has 6 people who need access to the inbox and 600 new enquiries a month. Using only each page's published figures (our arithmetic, before tax and before Meta's message charges):
| Option | How we got there | Monthly fee |
|---|---|---|
| Interakt Sales CRM | ₹2,499 for 5 agents plus 1 extra agent at ₹4992 | ₹2,998 |
| Gallabox Essential, annual billing | 6 users included3 | ₹5,599 |
| Gallabox Essential, quarterly billing | 6 users included3 | ₹6,999 |
| AiSensy | Unlimited users, but the base plan price is not in the page text1 | Ask for a quote |
| DoubleTick | No prices on its pricing page4 | Ask for a quote |
Now add the AI agent, since that is what answers at 10 p.m. On Interakt that is a further ₹2,499 a month with 100 AI messages.2 On AiSensy it is ₹1,350 a month with 1,000 AI messages.1 Gallabox includes AI credits in its plans, so check how many a day of 20 enquiries would use.3
Reminders come next. If the clinic sends 400 utility template reminders a month, that is ₹46.0000 at the July Meta rate, before any vendor markup.5 The pricing gap between tools is usually the plan, users and AI agent lines, not the Meta fee.
What should you ask every vendor?
Copy these questions into an email or a call. They work for any tool, including ours.
- What is the monthly total for 6 users, the AI agent and 600 enquiries?
- What is the rupee price per marketing, utility and service message to an Indian number, and is any markup included?
- Does the AI agent answer from my own price list and documents, or from generic text?
- Can it book an appointment and avoid double-booking, or does it only collect a request?
- Who owns each lead, and how do I see which patients were never answered?
- Can I run the WhatsApp Business app and the API on one number, and what happens to billing and message windows?
- How are opt-outs recorded and respected? Our DPDP guide lists what to look for.
- Can I export my contacts and chats if I leave?
Who should choose which?
Choose AiSensy if you want a chatbot builder and an AI agent priced as separate monthly lines, unlimited users within fair use, and you already have a CRM or are happy with a LeadSquared link.1
Choose Interakt if you want a Sales CRM with pipelines and auto-assignment at a published price, and Click-to-WhatsApp ad data passed back from the same product.2
Choose Gallabox if you want a published per-plan price with a fixed number of users, drip campaigns on higher plans and ad attribution on Essential and above.3
Choose DoubleTick if you want AI agents built into every plan and a shared account manager on Pro (a dedicated one on Enterprise), and you are fine asking for prices instead of reading them.4
Choose bananaleaf.ai if you want an assistant that answers from your documents and price list, books the appointment, moves each patient through a pipeline and reports which ad a lead came from, with a team setting it up for you.
What bananaleaf.ai does here
bananaleaf.ai runs on your own WhatsApp number. The assistant answers from the documents, offerings and approved answers you give it, hands tricky chats to your team, books appointments into a calendar you set and records each lead's stage. You can rehearse it in a test conversation before a real patient sees it. The assistant is switched on per account as part of the plan, so there is no self-serve price on this page.
What to do this week
- Write down your numbers: staff who need inbox access, enquiries a month, reminders a month.
- Send the eight questions above to two or three vendors, including your current one.
- Ask for one monthly total in writing, with the platform fee, AI agent and an estimated message bill.
- Test each tool with your five most common patient questions and see what it answers.
- Check how booking works: does a slot get confirmed in the chat, or only requested?
- Check which free window your vendor's billing uses for ad leads, using Meta's page as the reference.5
- Re-check prices before you sign, since none of these pages is dated.
Questions people ask
What is the cheapest AiSensy alternative for a small clinic?
We cannot name one from public pages. Interakt and Gallabox publish plan prices, DoubleTick publishes none, and AiSensy's page shows its add-on prices but not the base plan figure. Ask each vendor for one monthly total that includes users, the AI agent and your expected messages.
Do these tools charge extra on top of Meta's message fees?
Their pages say Meta's message charges are billed separately from the subscription. None of the four pages we opened states a markup percentage for standard plans, so ask for the rupee price per message in writing.
Do I need a CRM, or is a shared WhatsApp inbox enough for a clinic?
A shared inbox is enough if one person answers every patient. Once several staff handle enquiries, you need to know who owns each lead, which stage it is in and who must follow up, and that is what a CRM pipeline gives you.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my clinic number?
Some tools support running the app and the API on one number, called coexistence. Ask each vendor whether it supports it, and confirm in writing whether app and API share billing and message-window state.
