What clinics & hospitals get asked on WhatsApp
Every one of these gets an answer in seconds, from your own price sheet and documents.
- Dr. Rao available kab hai? Consultation fee?
- Full body checkup package price? Fasting required?
- MRI ka cost? Report kitne din mein?
- Can I book for tomorrow morning?" — booked from the calendar
- Mere bete ko bukhar hai, kya karein?" — never answered by the agent; handed to the front desk
The AI agent
What the agent does for you
Answers from the doctor list, OPD timings, packages and test prices you uploaded — each speciality or department as an offering with its options and fee.
Books consultation slots from the calendar you set per doctor or department; a booked slot moves the lead to 'Appointment booked' and files the reminder.
Says what a package includes and what to bring (fasting, previous reports) when you wrote it down; never diagnoses, never suggests a medicine, never reads a report.
Keeps the patient's record. Which department, which doctor, the preferred time, the language they write in — so a returning patient is not asked again.
Symptoms, emergencies, complaints and insurance claims are handed to the desk with the message written out; the agent sends your holding line and nothing more.
A symptom question gets the clinic's holding line and a handoff; the booking itself is on the calendar you configured.
Your pipeline
Every lead on one board, in your words
You name the stages and write who belongs in each. Leads move as the chat fills in the details, and the reason is kept on the card.
New enquiry
Asked about a doctor, test, package or timing.
Department known
The deal record names the department or test and a preferred time.
Appointment booked
A slot is on the calendar.
Visited
Marked by the desk after the visit.
Follow-up due
A review visit or report collection is owed.
Campaigns
Campaigns that fit
A health-camp or vaccination-drive broadcast to past patients by area, with a 'Book a slot' button; the agent books from the camp's calendar.
A click-to-WhatsApp ad for a checkup package: leads → appointment booked → visited per ad, on one page.
A utility template to patients whose annual checkup was a year ago, with a one-tap reply the agent turns into a booking.
Getting started
Live in three steps
Connect your number
Link the WhatsApp number you already use (the WhatsApp Business app keeps working) and, if you like, Instagram.
Teach it your business
Upload your price sheet and documents, check what the agent read, and set your pipeline stages.
Rehearse, then go live
Try it in a test chat until the answers are right. We do all of this with you on a call; nothing to install.
Questions
Questions buyers ask
Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp — a person replies.
Will the agent answer medical questions?
No. It answers from the facts you approved — doctors, timings, prices, preparation — and hands every symptom, report or medicine question to your desk with the message written out.
Can each doctor have their own slots?
Yes. The booking calendar holds the slots and buffer you set; the agent offers only free slots and confirms in the chat.
Is patient data safe?
Conversations stay on your own WhatsApp Business account and in your bananaleaf workspace; an opt-out is honoured on every send. The agent's knowledge is only what you uploaded.
Can the front desk take over a chat?
Yes. Any reply typed from the inbox pauses the agent on that chat; a per-chat switch and a per-number switch exist as well.
Which languages does it reply in?
It reads the language of each message and answers in it: English, Hindi, Hinglish and the regional languages your customers write in. Your team can take any chat over.
What does it cost?
The plan is set per organisation after a call; WhatsApp messages are billed at Meta's rates plus a stated markup on a prepaid balance. There is no public price list.
