The one-line verdict
Pick DoubleTick if you want AI included on every plan and are happy to get the price on a call. Pick bananaleaf.ai if you want the AI agent, the pipeline and bookings set up together on the number your customers already message.
Side by side
| What you get | bananaleaf.ai | DoubleTick |
|---|---|---|
| Public plan prices | No public price; the plan is set per organisation after a call | Starter, Pro and Enterprise named; no prices listed[1] |
| Users included | Set per plan | Not listed[1] |
| AI agent | Included in the Agent plan: answers from your documents and price sheet, qualifies, books, follows up | "AI agents built into every plan"[1] |
| Meta message charges | Meta's message charges billed at cost plus a stated markup, prepaid | On a separate conversation-cost page[1] |
| CRM / pipeline | Pipeline with stages you define; the deal record and stage are written from the chat | Not listed on its pricing page[1] |
| Click-to-WhatsApp ads | Records the ad each lead came from; sends stage changes back to Meta as conversion events | Not listed on its pricing page[1] |
| Appointment booking | Built-in calendar the assistant books into | Not listed on its pricing page[1] |
| Chatbots | Button trees for welcome menus; the assistant answers everything else from approved knowledge | Not listed on its pricing page[1] |
"Not listed" means DoubleTick's page did not say, not that the product lacks it. Meta's own message charges apply on both, and since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for service messages after 1,000 free ones per number each month.[2]
Where bananaleaf.ai pulls ahead
- What the AI does is spelled out: answers from your price sheet, books, writes the deal record, follows up.
- A pipeline, bookings and campaign attribution are part of the product, not something to ask about.
- Every price the assistant quotes comes from your own sheet; it never invents one.
When DoubleTick is the better pick
- You want AI included on every plan and are happy to get the price on a call.

Questions people ask
How much does DoubleTick cost?
Its pricing page (opened 29 Oct 2026) names Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans and lists no prices, so ask for a quote.
Does DoubleTick include AI?
Its pricing page says AI agents are built into every plan; the page does not say what they do. bananaleaf.ai's assistant answers from your documents, books and writes the deal record.
Does either publish prices?
Neither lists a public plan price. Ask both for one monthly total that includes users, the AI agent and your expected messages.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number when I switch?
Yes. Meta allows a number to move between providers; old chats do not move, so export what you need first.
