The five steps
- Keep the number. Meta allows a WhatsApp Business number to move between providers. We run the migration with you; the number keeps working on the old platform until the move completes, and nothing is sent to customers.
- Bring the contacts. Export contacts from the old platform as CSV and import them here with a name, phone and (optionally) a pipeline stage. Duplicates merge by phone, and nobody is messaged on import.
- Re-submit the templates. Approved templates belong to the old provider's connection, so the ones you still use are re-submitted under your number here. Meta approves most utility templates within a day.
- Teach the assistant. Upload your price sheet and documents, confirm the facts it reads, and set the pipeline stages. The AI agent only answers from what you approved.
- Go live on a quiet day. Switch the number, watch the first conversations in the inbox with the team, and let the follow-ups run. Your WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the same number if you use it.
What changes on day one
- The product is the whole sales loop, not the pipe: an AI agent that answers from your documents and price sheet, a pipeline that writes itself from the chat, bookings, follow-ups and a team inbox — none of which the self-serve API page offers.
- Prices in rupees, with Meta's rate plus a stated markup, prepaid and charged only for delivered messages.
- Built for a clinic, hotel, developer or consultant with one number and a small team, not an enterprise integration project.
