The AI agent
What the agent does for you
Answers from your offerings sheet. Product, variants (size, finish, colour), price, and the store facts you wrote down — hours, delivery radius, installation charges, exchange and warranty terms.
Sends the product's photos on request. A specific ask ("the walnut finish") gets only those photos.
Books a showroom visit from your calendar. Day and time slot — and files a reminder for the person who should receive them.
Keeps a record per customer. What they asked about, their city, the budget they mentioned, so a second visit or a follow-up starts informed.
Hands over when someone asks for a better price, a custom order or a complaint; the floor manager sees the chat with the question written out.
The visit is on your calendar, the lead moves to 'Visit booked', and the floor manager gets the follow-up reminder.
Your pipeline
Every lead on one board, in your words
You name the stages and write who belongs in each. Leads move as the chat fills in the details, and the reason is kept on the card.
New enquiry
Asked about a product, a price or the store.
Interested
Named a product and asked for photos or a price.
Visit booked
A showroom slot is on the calendar.
Quote sent
A quotation PDF went out with the final price and delivery terms.
Sold
Won — the team marks it when the invoice is paid.
Campaigns
Campaigns that fit
A festive-offer broadcast to everyone who visited or enquired in the last six months, with the offer image and a 'Book a visit' button; replies are booked by the agent.
A store QR code on the window and on print ads: each scan opens WhatsApp with a tagged first message, so you see which placement brings people in.
A click-to-WhatsApp ad for a clearance sale: the campaign page shows leads → visit booked → sold for that ad alone.
Getting started
Live in three steps
Connect your number
Link the WhatsApp number you already use (the WhatsApp Business app keeps working) and, if you like, Instagram.
Teach it your business
Upload your price sheet and documents, check what the agent read, and set your pipeline stages.
Rehearse, then go live
Try it in a test chat until the answers are right. We do all of this with you on a call; nothing to install.
Questions
Questions buyers ask
Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp — a person replies.
Does it know live stock?
It knows what is on your offerings sheet. If stock changes often, keep an 'in stock / on order' detail on the sheet, or let the agent say 'the team will confirm availability' — it never asserts stock it was not given.
Can it quote EMI or exchange offers?
Only what you wrote down. An EMI line on the sheet is quoted as written; a figure that is not there is never computed.
Can one number serve several stores?
Yes. One organisation holds several accounts, each with its own number, catalogue, team and balance; or one number with a 'which store?' step that routes the lead.
Does it send the invoice?
Your team composes a quotation or invoice on the contact's card; it goes out as a PDF on WhatsApp with an optional Pay-now link. GST lines are typed, not computed.
Which languages does it reply in?
It reads the language of each message and answers in it: English, Hindi, Hinglish and the regional languages your customers write in. Your team can take any chat over.
What does it cost?
The plan is set per organisation after a call; WhatsApp messages are billed at Meta's rates plus a stated markup on a prepaid balance. There is no public price list.
