The alternatives
1. bananaleaf.ai — the AI-native CRM
An AI sales agent on your own WhatsApp number and Instagram account that answers from your price sheet, books appointments and writes the deal record, with a pipeline that moves itself. No public price; the plan is set per organisation. Not for you if broadcasts to a large list are the main job and you want unlimited agents on one plan.
- A pipeline comes built in: who owns each lead, which stage it is in, who must follow up, written from the chat.
- The assistant answers from your documents and price sheet rather than a flow you draw by hand, and hands over when it cannot.
- Appointment booking and campaign attribution are native, with stage changes sent back to Meta.
2. Wati
Wati is a shared WhatsApp inbox and broadcast platform with a chatbot builder, a built-in CRM and a large integration list, sold on public plans.
- Pricing: Growth $59/month and Pro $119/month, billed annually; Business is custom. The page shows a dollar sign and does not name the currency (its own page, 25 October 2026).
- AI: Astra AI agents: not included on Growth; a separately priced add-on on Pro.
- CRM: Built-in WhatsApp CRM with a visual sales pipeline.
3. Interakt
Interakt is a WhatsApp marketing and support platform with a separately priced Sales CRM plan and an AI Agents add-on.

- AI: "AI agents built into every plan".
- CRM: Not listed on its pricing page.
6. Gupshup
Gupshup is an enterprise conversational-AI and messaging platform (WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, voice, Instagram) with a self-serve WhatsApp API priced per message and enterprise features priced on request.
- Pricing: Self-serve: "a standard 0.001 USD per message fee", with WhatsApp's charges "billed at actuals"; prices shown in USD only, no INR card. Enterprise features and pricing are on a separate request page (its own page, 2 November 2026).
- AI: Not part of the self-serve page. The home page sells "Gupshup AI Agents", an AI co-pilot for human agents and a Conversation Cloud to enterprises; no price shown.
- CRM: Not listed on the pricing page or the home page.
How to choose
Ask each vendor for one monthly total: platform fee, extra users, the AI agent, and an estimated message bill at Meta's rates for your market. Then ask the two questions that separate an inbox from a CRM: who owns each lead, and what happens to a lead nobody answered.
Questions people ask
What is the best AiSensy alternative for a clinic or a small business?
It depends on what you need first: a published price and a shared inbox, or an AI agent with a pipeline and bookings. The list below gives each tool's own published price and what it does differently, so you can compare one monthly total.
Can I move my WhatsApp number from AiSensy?
Yes. Meta allows a WhatsApp Business number to move between providers; old chats stay on the old platform, so export what you need first.
What is the cheapest way to replace AiSensy for a clinic?
Ask each vendor for one monthly total: platform fee, extra users, the AI agent and an estimated message bill. AiSensy's page shows its AI add-on price but not the base plan in the text we read, so the quote matters.
Does AiSensy include a CRM?
Its pricing page does not describe one; it lists a LeadSquared integration. bananaleaf.ai includes a pipeline with stages, owners and follow-up reminders.
Is the AI agent extra on AiSensy?
Yes, on the page we opened: the WhatsApp AI Agent Builder is listed at ₹1,350 a month with 1,000 AI messages.
